Sherri Jacobs is a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist and registered art therapist. She is the founder of Heartland Art Therapy, a private therapy practice in Overland Park, KS.
Sherri's mission to bring social prescribing to the Kansas City area follows many years of seeing loneliness proliferate across all ages in her clientele. Her emerging social prescription model is designed as an affordable, replicable and open sourced rescource for any type of community setting.
